A man who became infamous for showing just how easy it was to defraud California’s Employment Development Department is pleading guilty to fraud. Fontrell “Nuke Bizzle” Baines, from Memphis, Tennessee, had posted a rap video simply titled “EDD” in 2020. In it, he raps, “I get my swagger from EDD, go to the bank get a stack of these.” That stack was a stack of envelopes filled with EDD debit cards.
