The penny has finally dropped in the academic and social policy world. Acknowledging the abuses of video game publishers has gone mainstream. Governments around the world are waking up to the fact that publishers are harvesting your data, losing it in data breaches, targeting kids, deliberately engineering a gambling addiction crisis, and wilfully lying about it to governments. I guess that dirty money aint going to make itself.
