Swati Maliwal पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने 6 अगस्त 2015 से लेकर 1 अगस्त 2016 के बीच Delhi Women Commission में अपने पद का दुरुपयोग करते हुए गैर-कानूनी तरीके से Aam Admi Party के कार्यकर्ताओं की नियुक्तियां कीं.
A Delhi Court on Thursday framed corruption charges against Chairperson of Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) Swati Maliwal and three others in a case alleging that they abused their official position and obtained pecuniary advantage by illegally appointing various acquaintances, including AAP workers, in Delhi women commission.
