The Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture has pronounced that President Cyril Ramaphosa should have spoken out to protest the rampant corruption during his predecessor’s term of office.
The Zondo Commission says Ramaphosa simply did not do enough to stop the theft of billions of rands of taxpayers’ funds while he was second in charge as Deputy President.
